Secret Shops & Guest Experience
We dine in as patrons during service to experience how the staff interacts with guests. We’ll continue our assessment by spending additional time with both hourly staff and management to observe the flow of service, and identify any areas for improvement. We’ll also communicate directly with other guests to get the fullest picture possible of how your operations are running.
