Front of the house or back of the house, it doesn’t matter. The desire to care, to make guests feel welcomed and to exceed expectations is always present. Jessie Elliot
Partner / Lead Consultant
Growing up in beautiful Kauai, Jessie found her passion for cooking at a young age. After graduating from CCA, she moved South and worked her way through some of San Diego’s most acclaimed kitchens as an award winning Executive Chef / Partner. Dreams came true when she was asked to cook at the James Beard House in NYC. Shortly after she took over one of the busiest venues in San Diego running their private events. Focusing on her passion for hospitality, good food and conversation, the idea for SDRC was born.

Eric Elliot
Partner / Creative Director
Eric grew up on the East Coast spending time between Vermont and Florida, before moving out to San Diego in 2010. Prior to his professional career as a Brand Strategist and Designer, he spent years working late nights in the industry at several award winning restaurants.
Since then he’s had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients from budding startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Sony, Warner Brothers and Marvel Comics, among others. Going back to his roots in the hospitality industry, Eric now serves as the Creative Director for SDRC. In this role he develops thoughtful, winning brand strategies and captivating visual identities for our clients.
